REFUSE TO BE LAZY

đź““Proverbs 10:4
_He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich. (KJV)_

After Adam was created by God, he was placed in the Garden of Eden to dress it (work on it) and to keep it (Genesis 2:15). Obviously, Adam was not to sit idle or walk to and fro doing nothing; he was to work on the garden so that it will be productive for Him always. Therefore, wherever we find ourselves we are to work in order to be productive.

Every blessed day provides hours of twenty-four filled with opportunities to serve, grow, and be productive. As we live and wait for the Lord, we are to do our own business, work with our hands, and plan for the future (1 Thessalonians 4:11). It is written "...that if any would not work, neither should he eat" - 2 Thessalonians 3:10.

Beloved, time is so easy to be wasted, therefore, refuse to be a lazy person, and work the most of your talent and time, doing your possible best to provide for yourself and your dependents. Also, see time as God's gift and jump in when it's time to work. Since there is time for everything, let's work when we should be working, and rest when we should be resting.
