YOU MUST HAVE A PLAN
📓1 Corinthians 3:10
_According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon. (KJV)_
A plan is a set of intended actions, usually mutually related, through which one expects to achieve a goal. Before one builds a house, he or she first needs a building plan and without the plan, the house can't be built. If you have no plan, why are you trying to build? We all have prioritized certain goals in life but without a plan, we can't achieve any. Obviously, planning is very important in life and I must say, it's a responsibility and not an option.
Many of us find planning to be boring and unnecessary. However, it is said, "if you fail to plan, you plan to fail". One night, Pharaoh had two dreams in which later was interpretated by the Lord through Joseph. It was then noticed that their country was about to experience great prosperity for the next seven years and afterwards, seven years of great famine. Apparently, the only way to prevent the famine was through careful planning, other than that, they would have been doomed. But through careful planning with the Lord, Joseph was able to save Egypt from starvation (Genesis 41).
Evidently, planning is a necessity. Besides, we can't leave God out of our planning and expect it to work for our good. It's essential that planning be done through being in contact with God in times of prayers and meditation. Beloved, there is no point in making plans as though God doesn't exist because He holds the future. Pray to Him, "Lord, what should I do to achieve this goal? Please show me the plan and help me to do it in your way." God will never disappoint or fail you if you put His desires at the center of your planning. Not all, instead of worrying about tomorrow, pray and plan today for tomorrow.
